Active Support
Scouting is a volunteer run organisation, and it relies on a huge number of people bringing their skills and enthusiasm to make everything work.
If you feel you want to give something back to the community then you could consider joining Active Support. Active support members are not tied to a group, rather they tend to have specialist skills that they offer to many different groups. Perhaps you are a climbing instructor, archer, marksman, potholer or something altogether different. If you want to share your skills with a great bunch of enthusiastic young people then an active support role is for you.
